Biography
Matt Moulson, born on November 1, 1983, in North York, Ontario, Canada, is a retired professional ice hockey player renowned for his scoring ability and tenacity on the ice. Drafted by the Pittsburgh Penguins in the ninth round, 263rd overall, of the 2003 NHL Entry Draft, Moulson began his career in the American Hockey League (AHL) before establishing himself in the National Hockey League (NHL). He played for several teams, most notably the New York Islanders, where he garnered attention for his offensive contributions.
During his time with the Islanders from 2009 to 2013, Moulson achieved significant success, recording three consecutive 30-goal seasons and representing the team in the 2012 NHL All-Star Game.
