Mattias Modig, born on April 1, 1987, in Sundsvall, Sweden, is a retired professional ice hockey goaltender. Modig began his career in the Swedish junior leagues before making his professional debut in 2005 with Sundsvall Hockey in Hockeyettan, the third tier of Swedish ice hockey.
