Merikukka Forsius, born on August 12, 1972, in Finland, is a former professional tennis player who gained recognition in the 1990s. Forsius turned professional in 1988 and quickly ascended in the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) rankings, achieving a career-high singles ranking of No. 37 in June 1995.
