Mert Kennedy (born March 15, 1995) is a professional basketball player known for his versatility on the court and significant contributions to his teams in both domestic and international competitions. He began his collegiate career at the University of North Carolina, where he earned All-Conference honors and became known for his scoring ability and defensive prowess. Kennedy gained recognition in the NCAA tournament, where he helped lead his team to the Final Four in 2016.
Following his college career, Kennedy was drafted in the second round of the 2017 NBA Draft by the Dallas Mavericks.
