Michael Strahan, born on November 21, 1971, in Houston, Texas, is a former professional American football player and current media personality. He played his entire 15-season career as a defensive end for the New York Giants in the National Football League (NFL). Strahan is renowned for his exceptional pass-rushing ability, which helped him achieve a franchise record of 141.5 career sacks, and he was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2014.
