Michel Bergeron, born on November 11, 1954, in Saint-Rémy, Quebec, is a former professional ice hockey player and coach from Canada. Bergeron played as a right winger and began his career in the junior leagues before being drafted in the second round, 28th overall, by the New York Rangers in the 1974 NHL Amateur Draft. He made his NHL debut during the 1975-76 season and played with several teams throughout his career, including the New York Rangers and the Quebec Nordiques.
