Mike Bennof is a retired professional basketball player known for his dynamic playing style and versatility on the court. Born on March 14, 1985, in Springfield, Illinois, Bennof rose through the ranks of high school basketball before earning a scholarship to play at the University of Illinois. During his collegiate career, he was recognized for his scoring ability and defensive prowess, leading the team to the NCAA tournament's Sweet Sixteen in 2005.
Following his college career, Bennof was selected in the second round of the 2007 NBA Draft by the Atlanta Hawks.
