Mike Blaisdell, born on January 18, 1960, in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, is a former professional ice hockey forward known for his prolific scoring ability and versatility on the ice. He was selected 58th overall in the 1980 NHL Entry Draft by the New York Rangers. Blaisdell played for multiple teams in the National Hockey League (NHL), including the Rangers, St. Louis Blues, and Boston Bruins, showcasing his talent across a substantial career spanning over a decade.
Throughout his career, Blaisdell was recognized for his offensive skills, highlighted by his 1984-85 season when he achieved a career-high of 33 goals while playing for the St. Louis Blues.
