Mike Goode is a former professional basketball athlete renowned for his impactful contributions to the sport from the early 2000s through the late 2010s. Born on July 15, 1980, in Atlanta, Georgia, he showcased exceptional talent during his high school career, leading his team to several state championships before earning a scholarship to play at the University of North Carolina. During his collegiate career, Goode was recognized for his scoring ability and defensive prowess, earning All-Conference honors in each of his four seasons.
Upon declaring for the NBA Draft, Goode was selected in the second round by the Philadelphia 76ers in 2002.
