Mike Hastings, born on February 3, 1966, in the United States, is a former professional ice hockey player known for his contributions as a forward. He played college hockey at the University of Minnesota, where he was a key player for the Golden Gophers, earning accolades for his offensive skills and competitiveness on the ice. After a successful collegiate career, Hastings was selected in the 1986 NHL Entry Draft by the New York Rangers, highlighting his potential as a professional athlete.
