Mike Leffler is a retired professional basketball player known for his distinguished career in the National Basketball Association (NBA) during the late 1980s and early 1990s. Born on June 14, 1965, in Des Moines, Iowa, Leffler showcased exceptional talent on the court during his college career at the University of Iowa, where he earned All-Big Ten honors. He was selected 32nd overall in the second round of the 1987 NBA Draft by the Denver Nuggets.
Throughout his NBA tenure, Leffler played for several teams, including the Denver Nuggets, the Atlanta Hawks, and the San Antonio Spurs.
