Mike Rosen is a former professional basketball player known for his impactful career in the sport during the late 1990s and early 2000s. Born on March 15, 1975, in Chicago, Illinois, Rosen exhibited exceptional talent from an early age, eventually earning a scholarship to the University of North Carolina. He played as a shooting guard, where he became a key contributor to the Tar Heels' successes, including their NCAA championship run in 1997.

After declaring for the NBA Draft, Rosen was selected in the second round by the Denver Nuggets in 1998. Over his seven-year professional career, he played for the Nuggets, the New Orleans Hornets, and the Atlanta Hawks, earning recognition for his scoring ability and three-point shooting proficiency.
