Mike Utley, born on December 20, 1965, in Toledo, Ohio, is a former professional American football player recognized for his role as a center in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Washington State University, where he earned All-American honors and showcased his skills as a formidable offensive lineman. Utley was selected by the Detroit Lions in the third round of the 1989 NFL Draft, where he quickly established himself as a reliable starter.
