Biography
Mohammed Salisu was born on April 17, 1999, in Kumasi, Ghana. He began his football career at the youth level with the local club, West African Football Academy (WAFA), before moving to Europe. In 2019, he joined Real Valladolid in Spain, where he quickly gained recognition for his defensive skills and strong performances in La Liga.
Salisu made his professional debut for Real Valladolid in 2019 and became a key player for the team during the 2019-2020 season. His impressive performances attracted attention from several clubs, leading to his transfer to Southampton in the English Premier League in 2020.
