Morlon Greenwood, born on July 17, 1978, in Kingston, Jamaica, is a former professional American football linebacker who played in the National Football League (NFL). After moving to the United States, he attended the University of Miami, where he became a standout defensive player for the Hurricanes, contributing to their national championship win in 2001. His impressive college performance led to his selection in the 1999 NFL Draft.
Greenwood was chosen in the third round by the Houston Texans, where he played from 1999 to 2001. He later signed with the Miami Dolphins, where he had a significant impact as a starter.
