Murray Ranger, born on April 18, 1984, is a former professional cricketer from New Zealand who played primarily as a left-handed batsman and occasional right-arm medium-fast bowler. He began his domestic cricket career with Otago in 2004 and quickly established himself as a key player in the team, showcasing his skills in both first-class and limited-overs formats. His performances in domestic competitions earned him recognition, leading to his selection for New Zealand's A team.
Ranger made his One Day International (ODI) debut for the New Zealand national team in 2012 against the West Indies.
