Natsumi Hamamura, born on June 29, 1984, in Tokyo, Japan, is a retired professional tennis player known for her accomplishments on the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) tour. She turned professional in 1998 at the age of 14 and quickly gained recognition for her powerful baseline game and agility on the court. Over her career, Hamamura achieved a career-high singles ranking of World No. 45 in March 2003.
