Nestor Payne is a former professional basketball player known for his exceptional skills as a shooting guard. Born on March 12, 1985, in Atlanta, Georgia, he played college basketball at the University of North Carolina, where he earned All-ACC honors and led the team in scoring during his junior and senior years. He was selected in the second round of the 2007 NBA Draft by the Portland Trail Blazers.
