Norm Rathje (born April 27, 1936) was a professional American football player known for his contributions as an offensive lineman in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at the University of Iowa, where he developed the skills that would later earn him recognition at the professional level. Rathje was selected in the 1958 NFL Draft and began his NFL career with the San Francisco 49ers.
