Norman Brand (born February 4, 1931) is a former Rugby Union player known for his contributions to the sport in South Africa during the 1950s and early 1960s. Primarily playing as a fullback, he made his debut for the South African national team, the Springboks, in 1955 against the British Lions. Over the course of his international career, Brand earned 24 caps and became renowned for his tactical kicking and defensive skills.
Brand was an integral part of the Springboks’ squad during their 1956 tour of Great Britain, contributing significantly to the team's success by securing a series victory against the home nation.
