Biography
Olli Määttä, born on August 22, 1994, in Jyvaskyla, Finland, is a professional ice hockey defenceman known for his contributions at both the international and club levels. He began his career in the junior ranks of JYP Jyvaskyla before being drafted by the Pittsburgh Penguins in the sixth round of the 2012 NHL Entry Draft. Määttä made his NHL debut during the 2013-2014 season, quickly establishing himself as a reliable defender.
