Omar Calhoun, born on November 26, 1993, in New York City, is a former American basketball player known for his versatility and scoring ability. He gained recognition during his high school career at Christ the King Regional High School, where he developed a reputation as a talented guard and earned multiple honors, including being named to the All-City team. Calhoun's impressive performance in high school propelled him to play college basketball at the University of Connecticut.
At UConn, Calhoun played from 2012 to 2016, contributing to the team's success in the NCAA Tournament.
