Os du Randt, born on September 8, 1972, in Bethlehem, South Africa, is a former professional rugby union player renowned for his exceptional skills as a loosehead prop. He represented the South African national team, known as the Springboks, from 1994 to 2007. Du Randt's contributions were pivotal in South Africa's success during the late 1990s and early 2000s.
During his international career, du Randt earned 80 caps and was integral to the Springboks' victories in the 1995 Rugby World Cup and the 2007 Rugby World Cup, making him the only player to have won the tournament twice.
