Paul Arthur is a retired professional basketball player known for his exceptional skills as a shooting guard. Born on June 15, 1985, in Newark, New Jersey, Arthur gained recognition during his collegiate career at the University of Louisville, where he led the Cardinals to a Final Four appearance in 2006.
