Paul Cavallini, born on October 13, 1965, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, is a retired professional ice hockey defenseman. He was drafted 42nd overall by the St. Louis Blues in the 1983 NHL Entry Draft and went on to have a noteworthy career in the National Hockey League (NHL) spanning over a decade.
