Paul Seelig is a former professional basketball athlete born on January 15, 1985, in Chicago, Illinois. He played college basketball at the University of Illinois, where he was recognized for his exceptional skills as a shooting guard, earning All-Conference honors during his junior and senior years. After completing his collegiate career, Seelig was selected in the second round of the 2007 NBA Draft by the New York Knicks.
During his professional career, Seelig played for several teams in the NBA and overseas, including stints with the Los Angeles Lakers and European clubs such as FC Barcelona and Panathinaikos. He was known for his prolific scoring ability and sharpshooting from beyond the arc, which contributed to his team's success in multiple leagues.
