Paul Soliai, born on December 30, 1983, in Honolulu, Hawaii, is a former American football defensive tackle known for his powerful presence in the National Football League (NFL). After a standout college career at the University of Utah, where he was recognized for his athleticism and size, Soliai was selected by the Miami Dolphins in the fourth round of the 2007 NFL Draft.
During his time with the Dolphins from 2007 to 2013, Soliai emerged as a key defensive player, particularly noted for his run-stopping abilities.
