Biography
Petri Varis, born on May 13, 1969, in Oulu, Finland, is a former professional ice hockey player known for his skilled play as a forward. He began his career in 1985 with Jokerit Helsinki in the Finnish Ice Hockey League, where he quickly established himself as a key player before making his way to North America. Varis played in both the National Hockey League (NHL) and the European leagues throughout the 1990s.
