Biography
Pierre Groulx, born on December 15, 1975, is a former professional ice hockey goaltender from Canada. He played junior hockey with the Granby Prédateurs in the QMJHL from 1991 to 1995, where he showcased his talent and earned recognition as a promising goaltender. Following his junior career, Groulx was selected in the 5th round of the 1994 NHL Entry Draft by the Florida Panthers.
Throughout his career, Groulx spent time with several teams in the American Hockey League (AHL) and ECHL, including the Carolina Monarchs and the Cincinnati Cyclones. He made his NHL debut with the Florida Panthers during the 1998-1999 season, where he gained valuable experience in the highest level of competition. Groulx was known for his exceptional reflexes and competitive spirit, making key contributions to his teams during his time on the ice.
