Ramón Delgado, born on November 14, 1976, in Asunción, Paraguay, is a former professional tennis player who achieved notable success in the 1990s and early 2000s. Initially gaining prominence in the junior circuit, Delgado turned professional in 1993, quickly establishing himself as Paraguay's top tennis talent.
