Biography
Ray DeFrisco is a former professional American football linebacker who played in the National Football League (NFL) for twelve seasons. Born on March 15, 1980, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, DeFrisco excelled in football during his high school years before attending the University of Florida, where he garnered attention for his defensive prowess. He was selected in the second round of the 2002 NFL Draft by the Seattle Seahawks.
Throughout his career, DeFrisco was known for his tenacity on the field, accumulating over 800 tackles and 25 sacks. He achieved notable success in 2005 when he was a key contributor to the Seahawks’ defense, helping the team reach Super Bowl XL.
