Ray Tully is a retired American professional basketball player known for his exceptional skills as a guard. Born on February 14, 1985, in Chicago, Illinois, Tully attended East Chicago Central High School, where he garnered attention for his outstanding performances and led his team to multiple championships. He went on to play college basketball at the University of Illinois, where he averaged 18 points per game and earned All-American honors during his junior year.
Tully was selected in the second round of the 2007 NBA Draft by the Denver Nuggets. Over his seven-season career in the NBA, he played for the Nuggets, the Miami Heat, and the New York Knicks, achieving career averages of 15.2 points, 5.6 assists, and 3.4 rebounds per game.
