Biography
Reece Willcox is a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman, born on March 20, 1994, in Surrey, British Columbia. He began his junior career in the Western Hockey League (WHL) with the Tri-City Americans, where he developed his skills and gained attention for his physical play and defensive acumen. Willcox was selected by the Philadelphia Flyers in the fifth round, 148th overall, of the 2012 NHL Entry Draft, marking the beginning of his journey into professional hockey.
Following his junior career, Willcox played collegiate ice hockey at Cornell University, where he contributed significantly to the team’s defense and helped them achieve notable success in the Ivy League.
