Reggie Hester is a former professional basketball player known for his dynamic scoring ability and playmaking skills. Born on May 14, 1985, in Atlanta, Georgia, Hester emerged as a standout player at Crestwood High School, where he garnered All-State honors and led his team to a state championship. He went on to play college basketball at the University of Georgia, where he became the team’s all-time leading scorer and earned multiple accolades, including All-SEC selections.

After declaring for the NBA Draft, Hester was selected in the second round by the Phoenix Suns in 2007. During his six-season NBA career, he played for several franchises, including the Brooklyn Nets and Memphis Grizzlies, averaging 12.4 points and 4.5 assists per game. Hester gained recognition for his clutch performances in playoff games, particularly during the 2011 postseason, where he helped lead the Grizzlies to their first-ever playoff series victory.
