Regina Maršíková, born on December 11, 1958, in Czechoslovakia, is a former professional tennis player who gained recognition during the 1970s and 1980s. Known for her powerful baseline game and exceptional agility, Maršíková made significant contributions to Czechoslovakian tennis. Throughout her career, she achieved a career-high singles ranking of world No. 6 in 1982.
