Rhonda Owens is a former professional basketball player known for her exceptional skills as a guard. Born on March 15, 1985, in Atlanta, Georgia, she played college basketball at the University of North Carolina, where she became a key player for the Tar Heels. During her college career, Owens earned numerous accolades, including All-American honors and the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) Player of the Year award in 2007.
Owens was drafted in the first round of the 2007 Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) draft.
