Ric Nattress, born on May 25, 1962, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, is a former professional ice hockey defenseman. He was selected in the third round of the 1980 NHL Draft by the Toronto Maple Leafs and made his NHL debut during the 1982–83 season. Over the course of his career, Nattress played for several teams, including the Quebec Nordiques, Calgary Flames, and New Jersey Devils, building a reputation as a solid two-way defenseman.
Nattress's most prominent years came with the Calgary Flames, where he was a key member of the 1989 team that won the Stanley Cup.
