Richard Davie is a former professional basketball player known for his exceptional skills as a shooting guard and small forward. Born on March 12, 1985, in Atlanta, Georgia, Davie quickly distinguished himself in high school basketball, earning All-American honors. He proceeded to play college basketball at the University of North Carolina, where he was a key contributor to the Tar Heels' 2006 NCAA Championship victory.
Throughout his professional career, which spanned from 2007 to 2019, Davie played for various teams in the National Basketball Association (NBA) and overseas in Europe and Asia.
