Ricky Mixon (born March 12, 1995) is a retired professional basketball player known for his exceptional skills as a point guard. He played college basketball at the University of North Carolina, where he led his team to an NCAA Championship in 2016. Mixon entered the NBA Draft in 2017 and was selected in the second round by the Denver Nuggets, marking the beginning of his professional career.
During his time in the NBA, Mixon was recognized for his playmaking abilities, averaging 12.4 points and 5.6 assists per game over five seasons. He was a key contributor to the Nuggets’ playoff runs and earned an All-Star selection in 2021, showcasing his development into one of the league's prominent guards.
