Robert Hoff is a former professional American football player who played as an offensive tackle in the National Football League (NFL) from 2003 to 2012. He was born on May 15, 1980, in San Diego, California, and attended the University of California, Berkeley, where he earned All-Pac-10 honors. Hoff entered the NFL when he was selected in the third round of the 2003 NFL Draft by the New York Giants.
During his career, Hoff played for the Giants, the Miami Dolphins, and the New England Patriots. He was a key member of the Giants' offensive line during their Super Bowl XLII victory in 2008, which marked the franchise’s first championship since 1990.
