Roger Binny, born on July 19, 1955, in Bangaluru, India, is a former Indian cricketer renowned for his exceptional contribution to the sport during the 1980s. A right-arm medium-fast bowler and lower-order batsman, Binny made his debut for the Indian national team in 1979. Over the course of his international career, which spanned 14 years, he played in 72 One Day Internationals (ODIs) and 27 Test matches.
Binny is best remembered for his standout performance in the 1983 Cricket World Cup, where he played a crucial role in India's historic victory.
