Biography
Rohan Marley, born on May 19, 1972, in Kingston, Jamaica, is a former professional American football player and the son of reggae legend Bob Marley. He attended the University of Miami, where he played college football as a linebacker for the Miami Hurricanes, contributing to the team's success during the early 1990s. Marley graduated with a degree in business management and was known for his athleticism and strong defensive skills.
In 1995, Marley was selected by the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent, starting his professional career in the NFL. He spent a portion of his playing career on the practice squads and rosters of the Cowboys and later the New Orleans Saints. Despite limited playing time, Marley became known for his dedication and work ethic on and off the field.
After retiring from football, Marley shifted his focus to entrepreneurship and philanthropy, founding the Marley Coffee brand, which emphasizes sustainable farming practices.
