Ron Saul, born on February 5, 1948, is a former professional American football player who played as an offensive guard in the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted in the third round of the 1970 NFL Draft by the New York Jets and quickly established himself as a valuable member of the team's offensive line. Known for his strong blocking skills and tenacity, Saul played for the Jets from 1970 to 1973 before continuing his career with the Washington Redskins from 1974 to 1979.
