Ronnie Moran, born on February 28, 1934, in Liverpool, England, was a prominent football player and coach, best known for his long association with Liverpool Football Club. A versatile defender, Moran made his first-team debut for Liverpool in 1952, going on to make over 300 appearances for the club during his playing career, which lasted until 1966. He was part of the team that achieved significant domestic success, including winning two First Division titles and an FA Cup.
After retiring as a player, Moran transitioned into coaching, taking on various roles within Liverpool’s coaching staff.
