Roxana Button is a retired professional basketball player known for her exceptional athleticism and leadership on the court. Born on July 12, 1991, in Dallas, Texas, she rose to prominence while playing college basketball at the University of Texas, where she was a standout guard for the Longhorns from 2009 to 2013. During her collegiate career, Button earned multiple All-American honors and became the team's all-time scoring leader.
After graduating, Button was selected in the first round of the 2013 WNBA Draft by the Phoenix Mercury. Throughout her six-year professional career, she played for several teams, including the Mercury and the Minnesota Lynx, and was instrumental in leading the Lynx to a WNBA championship in 2017.
