Born on May 2, 1985, in Atlanta, Georgia, Wolfe attended the University of Georgia, where he played as a forward for the Bulldogs from 2003 to 2007. After completing his collegiate career, Wolfe was selected in the second round of the 2007 NBA Draft by the Charlotte Bobcats. He played four seasons in the NBA, toiling with various teams, including brief stints with the Houston Rockets and the Miami Heat.
