Russ Francis, born on April 3, 1953, in Honolulu, Hawaii, is a former professional American football player who excelled as a tight end in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at the University of Oregon before being selected in the first round of the 1975 NFL Draft by the New England Patriots.
