Rusty Blair is a former professional basketball player who gained recognition in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Born on April 15, 1965, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Blair played college basketball at the University of North Carolina, where he was a key contributor to the team's success and helped secure a national championship in 1982.
