Ryan Jardine, born on March 15, 1980, in Barrie, Ontario, is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey forward. Jardine began his junior career in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) with the Barrie Colts, where he showcased his skills and athleticism, ultimately earning a spot in the NHL Entry Draft. He was selected by the Chicago Blackhawks in the 5th round, 134th overall, in the 1998 NHL Draft.
Jardine went on to play in the NHL for the Chicago Blackhawks during the 2000-2001 season, appearing in 10 games and contributing to the team's offense. Throughout his professional career, he spent time in various minor leagues, including the American Hockey League (AHL) and the ECHL, where he continued to demonstrate his scoring ability and versatility as a player.
