Biography
Saahdiq Charles (born July 26, 1999) is an American football offensive tackle currently playing in the National Football League (NFL). He was born in a suburb of the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and attended Riverdale Baptist School, where he demonstrated exceptional talent in football. After completing high school, Charles played collegiate football at Louisiana State University (LSU), where he earned recognition for his skills and contributed to the team's success.
During his time at LSU, Charles was part of a championship-winning squad in 2019, helping the Tigers secure the College Football Playoff National Championship. His performance garnered him accolades, and he was named to the All-SEC second team, showcasing his abilities as a formidable lineman. After three seasons with LSU, Charles declared for the NFL Draft.
Saahdiq Charles was selected in the fourth round of the 2020 NFL Draft by the Washington Football Team (now known as the Washington Commanders).
